Welcome – I’m glad you’re here.


I’m a bilingual and bicultural mental health therapist with a passion for supporting individuals
who have faced trauma, adversity, or difficult life transitions. My background includes extensive
work with at-risk youth and families navigating complex emotional and behavioral challenges.


I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed approaches, guiding clients through healing by creating a safe, affirming space. I believe in the power of sharing your story—and in finding creative, culturally sensitive ways to express what’s often hard to say. That’s why I often integrate art therapy techniques into my sessions, helping
clients tap into their inner strength and process emotions through imagery, movement, and
metaphor.


As a bilingual clinician, I provide services in both English and Spanish, with a deep respect for
cultural identity and how it shapes the way we experience the world. I approach each client with
compassion, authenticity, and a commitment to walk beside you on your healing journey.
