Services

Individual Therapy:

  • We start by developing a foundation of coping skills related to relaxation, feelings identification/ expression, and thought-based coping skills.

  • During the process, Clients are encouraged to discuss past and present difficulties. After learning many coping skills, Clients will be ready to explore and reprocess difficult experiences, especially as related to anxiety, anger, depression, self-esteem, and traumatic experiences.

  • Our promise to all our clients is that no matter what is discussed or experienced in session, they will leave the session calm. We make every effort to keep this promise. 

Relaxation Workshops:

  • Half-hour relaxation sessions during which Clients learn to use relaxing breathing techniques, mindfulness, muscle relaxation, and guided visualizations. 

  • No personal sharing in these workshops.

  • Skills can be used on their own or to advance work being done in individual therapy.
